About Chef Nikki Pettineo
Chef Nikki Pettineo started her culinary training in 2005 at Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Florida. She quickly began her career as a private chef for some of the most talented athletes in the NFL by executing heathy, power-packed meals for players from the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants. She has opened an acclaimed South Florida restaurant, cooked all over the world on a Super Yacht, and taught culinary education courses to students at Keiser University.
Chef Nikki happily calls Tallahassee home. She writes, produces and directs an educational YouTube Channel called Nikki Talks Food and appears at Brown’s Kitchen Center as a guest chef teaching culinary classes for adults interested in learning true culinary techniques.
Nikki Talks Food’s Pro Seasoning enjoyed its inaugural launch this year to local critic praise by the Tallahassee Table and the Tallahassee Foodie Group on Facebook. It is first in a line of gourmet, usable and healthy products
