A native of the Fort Lauderdale area, Chef Nikki Pettineo earned her Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University in 2007. She quickly began her career as a private chef for some of the most talented athletes in the NFL by executing homegrown, power-packed meals for athletes from the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants.
