Have you ever seen chefs butter baste steaks, scallops, and chicken? Learn hands on the secret to this technique used by Michelin Star chefs. We’ll also turn the butter baste into a quick pan sauce to accompany your perfectly cooked proteins. How it works: - Cost of food is not included in the booking - Carefully select your classmates or book a solo lesson. - A shopping list will be provided at least 48 hours before the class. - Don't want to shop? No problem! Concierge services and shopping can be provided for you, however the cost of food is the sole responsibility of the client.
