Slice, dice, and carve your way to meat mastery with Chef Nikki. From tenderloins to ribeyes, you'll sharpen your skills and leave with a prime understanding of the art of butchery. Get ready for a hands-on experience that will elevate you to a cut above the rest. Learn how to break down beef tenderloin, NY strip, chicken, round fish, or flat fish. Part of this class will include how to sharpen and maintain your knives to make the cleanest cuts of meat. Let's greet and meat! Options available: - Beef Tenderloin: Filet Mignon steaks, medallion cuts, tips, chateaubriand - NY Strip: Steaks, sandwich steak, how to render down fat into tallow for later use. - Chicken: Airline chicken breast, leg lollipops, how to remove the coveted “oyster” from the thigh. - Round Fish/Flat Fish: fillets Have a particular primal cut in mind? Let Chef Nikki know and we'll sink our teeth into it! How it works: - Cost of food is not included in the booking - Carefully select your classmates or book a solo lesson. - A shopping list will be provided at least 48 hours before the class. - Don't want to shop? No problem! Concierge services and shopping can be provided for you, however the cost of food is the sole responsibility of the client.
