Spice up your culinary skills in this saucilicious cooking class perfect for you or you and a small group of other saucy connoisseurs. Choose 1 out of the 4 menus listed below for a customized sauce workshop with Chef Nikki! 1. Pan Seared Chicken or Fish with Beurre Blanc Sauce (white wine, lemon butter) Baked Asiago Mac and Cheese made with Bechamel (sauce) Salad with homemade vinaigrette (emulsified sauce) 2. Roasted Airline Chicken Breast with Classic Pan Mushroom Velouté Roasted Balsamic Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce Easy Potatoes Au Gratin (Bechamel Sauce) 3. Cast Iron Seared Steak with Bearnaise Sauce Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Dijon Vinaigrette (emulsified sauce) Fondant Roasted Potatoes (butter basted with chicken stock glaze) 4. Eggs Benedict: Poached Eggs with Hollandaise Over Toasted English Muffin Biscuits and Sausage Gravy (bechamel sauce) How it works: - Cost of food is not included in the booking - Carefully select your classmates or book a solo lesson. - A shopping list will be provided at least 48 hours before the class. - Don't want to shop? No problem! Concierge services and shopping can be provided for you, however the cost of food is the sole responsibility of the client. Cancellation Policy

Please disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions in booking questionnaire. *Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs, may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions *​​We request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. To cancel, please email . If you have to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund. However, if you do not cancel prior to 48 hours before the class, we cannot offer a refund.
