Service Description

Choose one of the following complete desserts to learn how to make! Or, if there’s a dessert you’d like to master, let us know! Chef Nikki walk you through all the steps in a comprehensive 2-hour lesson. Tortes: sponge cake with mousseline filling with accompanying sauce (different flavors can be accommodated to suit your taste!) Baked Alaska: sponge cake, ice cream filling, Italian meringue Pate a choux 101: Chocolate eclairs with vanilla pastry cream and silky chocolate glaze, cream puffs, churros How it works: - Cost of food is not included in the booking - Carefully select your classmates or book a solo lesson. - A shopping list will be provided at least 48 hours before the class. - Don't want to shop? No problem! Concierge services and shopping can be provided for you, however the cost of food is the sole responsibility of the client. Cancellation Policy

Please disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions in booking questionnaire. *Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs, may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions *We request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. To cancel, please email nikkipettineo@gmail.com . If you have to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund. However, if you do not cancel prior to 48 hours before the class, we cannot offer a refund.
