We have two hours, let’s do all three of these dishes! Chef Nikki will take you through the techniques: blanching and shocking process, shingling, roasting, sauté, gratinee, and bechamel mother sauce! Ratatouille: Spirals of zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, and onion in a jammy tomato sauce Broccoli Almondine: Blanched broccoli topped with toasted almond lemon butter sauce Steakhouse style creamed spinach: Fresh blanched spinach melted into creamy bechamel sauce and browned to perfection How it works: - Cost of food is not included in the booking - Carefully select your classmates or book a solo lesson. - A shopping list will be provided at least 48 hours before the class. - Don't want to shop? No problem! Concierge services and shopping can be provided for you, however the cost of food is the sole responsibility of the client.
