Spaghetti Western

Serves 4


1 pound lean ground beef, turkey, chicken, soy crumbles (heck, you have a lot of choices here!)

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 28 oz can crushed tomato

3 Tablespoons Pro Seasoning BBQ

1 teaspoon Pro Seasoning All Purpose

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 pound spaghetti pasta, cooked and drained

1/4 cup olive oil

Method of Prep:

Preheat a medium to large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil to the pan and sweat onions and peppers. Next, add ground beef to the pan and brown until cooked thoroughly. Add Pro Seasoning BBQ and All Purpose and stir for 30 seconds. Now add the crushed tomato and bring to a bubbling boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Top cooked spaghetti with meat, garnish with fine diced onions, cheese, and cilantro if desired (that's how I like it!). For you Keto warriors, use zucchini noodles in place of pasta or miracle noodles are really good as well!
