Garlicky Chimichurri Sauce

Makes about 1 ½ cups

6 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup cilantro leaves

1/2 cup parsley leaves

1 Tablespoon dry oregano

1 Tablespoon Pro Seasoning All Purpose (or salt and pepper to taste)

Method of prep:

Place all the sauce ingredients into a blender and pulse until the sauce is mixed but still has texture. Use on chicken, beef, pork, or even as a marinade!
