Crispy Red Potatoes







Serves 4


1 pound red skin potatoes, washed

2 teaspoons Pro Seasoning All Purpose

½ cup olive oil (flavored oil recommended)

Method of prep:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes in a 3 quart pot. Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Boil until nearly fork tender, about 7 minutes. Remove potatoes from the water and place between 2 pieces of parchment paper. You can spray the paper with cooking spray for easy release. Smash potatoes nearly flat. Next, add potatoes to a sheet tray and drizzle with oil. Season with Pro Seasoning All Purpose and place sheet tray in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
