Fresh Garden Salsa

Makes about 3 cups


2 cups Tomato, small diced, seeds removed

1/2 cup Green bell pepper, small diced, seeds removed

1/2 cup Red onion, small diced

1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped

1-4 oz can Mild Green Chilies with juice

2 Garlic cloves, minced

1-15 oz can Crushed tomatoes

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 cup Avocado Oil

2 tspn Pro Seasoning All Purpose

Method of Prep

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until desired texture is achieved. Alternatively, you can mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Store the salsa in your fridge for up to 7 days.
