Red Wine Vinaigrette Coleslaw (Mayonnaise Free!)

Serves 4

16 oz Bag Coleslaw Mix

¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar

¾ cup Grapeseed Oil

1 Tablespoon Honey

2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

TT Pro Seasoning

¼ cup Cilantro, chopped

Method of prep:

Make the vinaigrette in a food processor, blender or by hand. Whisk together vinegar (you can sub out any other type of vinegar such as apple cider vinegar if you wish!), honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Next, slowly drizzle in oil in a thin, steady stream while whisking vigorously. Do this until all the oil is incorporated. Stir in chopped cilantro and season with Pro Seasoning to taste. Toss coleslaw mix into the vinaigrette and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled!
