The Perfect Air Fried Onion Rings
1 Yellow onion, sliced into rings
2 Egg whites
3 Tablespoons water
½ Cup corn starch
1 Cup panko breadcrumbs
2 teaspoon Pro Seasoning All Purpose
½ teaspoon Pro Seasoning Tellicherry pepper
Cooking spray (as needed)
Method of prep:
First, mix dry seasonings in with the panko breadcrumbs. Next, coat the onion slices in corn starch. Mix egg whites in a medium sized bowl with the water, then dredge (dip) the onion slices in the egg wash. Toss the onion slices in the panko breadcrumbs to evenly coat. Place the onion rings into the air fryer and spray with cooking spray to evenly coat. Air fry at 400 until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Serve with ketchup or desired condiment.
